From 1983 Estudio has built many family houses in the northern Buenos Aires area.

In 1990 our company starts the construction of Fast Food type Gastronomical Premises in many Shopping Malls with Project, Direction and Construction Management. We built up 12 Business Premises for Fishy Bar Chain, 6 for Ave Caesar, followed by more projects in a number of other chains.

From 1996 the Chilean Chain Lomiton, with 12 premises. A construction record achieved from 1997 to 1998.

Construction of Great Restaurants, among which it is worth pointing out ‘Bardiner’ in 1995 which combined the recycling of the business premises of the ‘Peluquería de Basile’ Barber Shop preserving the whole original shop windows and handcraft bars, making up a warm, classic ambience with the addition of light and air conditioning technology boldly exposed.

‘Fame Ciudad de La Paz’: a Mega, multi-storey, Fast-Food Restaurant with the challenge of integrating the whole body of the ex furniture factory that split the great space of ‘Fame 1’.
The 16,000-square feet building combines its mega stories with warm areas altogether with the movement designed ceiling plates and granite floor tiles in 3 different colors, making up a consistent frame.

With the Miño Market Oro 2946 Project, we integrated the experience in gastronomy to the market model obtaining jolly premises with dynamic exhibition of their products, attractive to the public, producing a raise in sells and with an appropriate, defined corporate image.

With the operative Direction of Architect Rodríguez these projects were built in record time and Miño was under construction for only 7 days.
